This report analyses the performance of the new proposed Optician 2020 process for the delivery of personalised spectacles from both the consumer and the optician’s point of view based on the opinion collected from all the consumers and opticians involved in the demonstration phase.  Based on this analysis, this report summarizes the benefits for both the consumers and opticians of Optician2020 fully personalised spectacles.
